Our Mission

Memory Care Connections is a student-led initiative that fosters meaningful intergenerational relationships by connecting high school students with residents in memory care and assisted living facilities. Through in-person volunteering and the exchange of pen pal letters, our program enriches and honors the lives of elders, who deserve to be seen, heard, and loved, while offering invaluable lessons on living life with purpose.
